*** CD2023 excursions have been selected for the Japan Tourism Agency’s demonstration program, and hence the costs of banquet dinner on September 19th are covered by this program. Participants are requested to respond to a questionnaire of the program from the Japan Tourism Agency during or after the event.
Registration fees include:
- Welcome reception (September 17th)
- Admission to all conference scientific sessions
- Light meals, coffee breaks, and Lunches
- Poster session refreshments
- Excursion to Miyajima Island (September 19th), partly covered by the Japan Tourism Agency .
- All conference materials

Registration to participate in CD2023 is a tacit approval of using the registrant or attendee’s photos for publication by the Japan Tourism Agency.

Applying for a VISA entry to Japan is a mandatory action (a must) for all citizens who plan to enter Japan. To apply for a visa, please submit the required documents to Japan’s overseas Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Authors with accepted abstracts will be provided with the necessary documents including an invitation letter, for VISA application. This procedure is ONLY applicable to authors of accepted abstracts and have already paid the registration fee through the conference registration system. We only support VISA application for attending the conference. Under the above conditions, we will issue documents for VISA. For any inquiry concerning VISA, please contact: cd2023@hiroshima-u.ac.jp
